Hi! My name is Dominique but I go by Dom. My role here at Heart Spring Health is as a receptionist – but it is truly so much more than that. I work as support staff for providers, my coworkers, and even for you!
Patient care is so very important to me. To me, that means making sure that you have as easy of an experience as you can at our clinic. I handle any scheduling details, make sure your insurance coverage is clear and easy to understand, and provide a warm and welcoming energy to help with whatever you may need.
As someone who’s had chronic health conditions for most of my life, I have first hand knowledge on how difficult, painful, and dismissive the medical world can be on patients. In my experience, Heart Spring Health has proven time and time again that they actively work against those commonalities – allowing patients to feel seen, understood, and welcomed. I’m here to help, and I am on your team.
I just moved to Portland in July of 2025 after spending my entire life in Eugene. I’m currently looking forward to building community here and getting to know the best vegan/gluten free restaurants to eat at! In my free time I like to make art in whatever form inspires me that day (collage, sewing, clay, jewelry, writing), spend time with my two cats, and read.
