Cassidy Morse, LMT

My approach to bodywork is rooted in a regulated, holistic, and trauma-informed lens. I blend a range of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular facilitation, to support both structural and nervous system health.

I place a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation, using a combination of rhythmic, flowing strokes and slow, steady pressure to help the body unwind and reset. Breath awareness is gently incorporated when appropriate to deepen the experience.

What To Expect

Some sessions are more interactive—incorporating movement, breath, and gentle muscle activation—while others are deeply restorative, allowing the body to settle into a parasympathetic state and fully relax. Each session is tailored to the client’s individual needs and preferences. I also incorporate supportive tools such as gua sha and cupping when beneficial.

I enjoy working with often-overlooked areas such as the jaw, feet, and hips, helping to bring awareness and release to places that hold deep tension.

Modalities

Education

I attended Central Oregon Community College from 2023–2025, earning an AAS in Massage Therapy, and have been practicing since.

I also hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Yoga Samaadhi in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

During my training, I gained hands-on experience working in an assisted stretching facility, further developing my understanding of mobility and functional/ergonomic movement.

Outside of Work

I love moving my body in many ways—through dance, biking, and yoga. I’m passionate about functional training, mobility, and nourishing my body with local, organic food. I’m also a self-taught herbal enthusiast who enjoys foraging for wild foods and medicines, and living simply in connection with the elements. In my free time, I love to sing and play guitar, frolic outside, and meander the farmers markets.
