Honoring your inner wisdom

I take the whole you into account and honor the interconnectedness of your body. I am amazed by the outcomes in the healing process when the body is supported with the right tools. The simplest and gentlest treatments can bring about profound change. I practice with modalities that engage and encourage the body’s innate wisdom and healing capacity. My goal is to help your body restore balance by addressing mental/emotional, physical, nutritional, and environmental imbalances. As a naturopathic physician, I strive to empower you and guide you toward optimal vitality. This process looks like listening to your story, searching for the root cause, and creating a judgment-free space where you feel safe and seen.

Building resilience through emotional well-being

Mental health is wealth, and I am passionate about helping those with anxiety, depression, and bipolar. I want to help transform your burn out, lack of motivation, or difficulty coping with the stress of daily life into confidently navigating your day with a sense of calm, purpose, and groundedness. Successful mental health care involves looking at you as a whole and considering things such as your diet, lifestyle, sleep habits, support system, and your structural and internal body systems. This approach allows us to uncover what is best for you to improve your mental wellness and nervous system regulation. I offer you support as we work together to create positive change, with modalities that gently urge your body and mind in a direction toward healing. If you feel the weather of life can be too much to bear, I want to help you plant your roots firmly in the ground so that you stand strong and steady.

Treating the root cause of your pain

Before stepping into this field, I had recurring back pain that standard treatments could not address. From working with natural healthcare providers, my pain resolved by eliminating inflammatory foods and processing emotional stressors. Not only was my excitement for naturopathic medicine ignited, but this experience got me thinking, What if back pain isn’t just back pain? Treating the root cause means that I look at the many aspects of your internal and external environments that led to your pain, whether it be shoulder or abdominal or menstrual pain. You deserve less discomfort and an improved quality of life. Pain is your body’s way of speaking to you, so let’s listen to it.
