Heart Centered Healing

Helen MillerHelen is a Reiki practitioner and sound bath facilitator who offers intuitive, heart centered healing. From a young age, she felt connected to subtle energies and the emotional experiences of others, a sensitivity that later became the foundation of her work.

Reiki became a transformative part of her life during a period of deep personal healing. Through reconnecting with her intuition and inner truth, she discovered her calling to support others on their own journeys. Her practice began with self-healing and naturally expanded to loved ones and clients.

In each session, she blends Reiki with sound healing to activate the body’s natural restorative abilities. Clients may experience warmth, cooling sensations, emotional release, deep relaxation, or clarity. Her intention is always to create a grounded, compassionate space where individuals can release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Her approach is intuitive, gentle, and guided by the belief that healing unfolds uniquely for every person.
