Grounding, Trauma-Informed Yoga
Sarah Golden has completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 50-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga training. She also holds a B.S. in Bible and Theology with a minor in Psychology. Her education and personal experiences have deepened her belief in a holistic approach to wellness, one that honors the connection between the mind, body, spirit, and nervous system.
Sarah found yoga during one of the most difficult seasons of her life, after a family tragedy left her father paralyzed. That experience revealed the profound connection between the mind and body, and it changed the way she approaches trauma, relationships, grief, and everyday life. Today, she is passionate about helping others navigate seasons of loss, change, and healing.
Sarah creates a safe, encouraging, and welcoming space where students can slow down, breathe, listen to their bodies, and experience the freedom to rest, heal, reconnect, grow in confidence, and build strength. Her hope is that each person leaves class feeling a little more grounded, connected, and at home in their own body.
