Healing as a Return to Self
I approach illness as both a biological event and a deep human experience. Disease does not arise in isolation from the person living within it, and healing is never limited to the elimination of pathology alone. Health is vitality, resiliency, and capacity — the ability to adapt, integrate, and remain connected to oneself even in the midst of profound challenge.
The healing journey, while often unexpected and disruptive, can become a powerful invitation to listen more closely to the body, clarify what truly matters, and reconnect with one’s inner resources and purpose. When we slow down enough to observe the subtle messages within ourselves, we often discover that they are not simply problems to eradicate, but communications guiding us toward greater alignment and wholeness.
My role is not to override your experience, but to walk alongside you — helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, strength, and capacity for healing at a pace that feels sustainable and supportive.
Integrated Mental Health & Building Emotional Resilience
Since mental and emotional health are inseparable from physical wellbeing, I offer support for those who are seeking to more deeply understand this connection. Experiencing crisis, whether in the past or present, has a great impact on who we are and how we perceive the world. It takes a lot of attention and thought to process these difficult moments, and understand the difference between what might have once supported us, compared to what serves us now. When we don’t continue to adapt to life as it currently presents itself, this leaves us feeling stuck and holding onto patterns of self-sabotage. When we do, we learn that our challenges become an opportunity to build inner strength, becoming more of who we are meant to be.
I offer integrated mental health support which creates an integrative framework that supports your life on a physical, mental and spiritual plane. This model of healing I have developed over the last 5 years has lead to many patients to feel free of their suffering and become an empowered player in their life, supporting long-term health, resilience, and wellbeing.
Integrative Naturopathic Oncology
My work in naturopathic oncology is grounded in the belief that the most effective cancer care arises when evidence-based medicine and the art of healing are woven together. I honor the essential role of conventional oncology, while also addressing the terrain in which disease develops. Depending on where one is in their treatment journey, I offer support for all stages and align with values within treatment decisions.
The main areas I focus are on assessing the imbalanced systems that might have contributed to cancer development, support side effects from treatment, and build resiliency of the body to promote healing. When these are acknowledged and supported, patients often experience greater strength, clarity, and overall agency throughout treatment and survivorship.
My intention is to empower you with tools that extend beyond the clinical setting — cultivating resilience, self-trust, and adaptability long after active treatment ends. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you integrate all aspects of yourself, fostering strength, freedom, and a deeper connection to health on your own terms.

Education and Background
My path into naturopathic medicine began with a desire to understand myself and the human experience more deeply. I was first drawn to psychology during my undergraduate studies, where I began exploring the inner landscapes that shape behavior, resilience, and health. Following graduation, I completed a yoga teacher training, an experience that profoundly expanded my relationship with vulnerability, embodiment, and strength.
I found myself unable to choose between my interests in psychology, nutrition, gardening, culinary arts, science, yoga, and art until discovering naturopathic medicine, which I found integrates all of these disciplines. I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in June 2022, where I developed a deep appreciation for healing philosophy and vitalistic medicine. Throughout my training, I recognized that while conventional medical models offer powerful tools, they do not always address the full complexity of human healing.
This realization led me to pursue extensive additional training in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, biofeedback, holistic counseling, and homeopathy, as well as a two-year program focused on soul-level healing and Family Constellations. These modalities expanded my understanding of health beyond symptom management, allowing me to work with the subtle dimensions that influence our life and health.
Outside of Work
Growing up in Colorado, I have always loved spending time outdoors and connecting with animals. On the weekends you can find me spending time with my partner, dog and three cats, doing artistic projects such as painting and sewing, and cooking delicious food.
