Heart-Centered, Inquiry-Based Yoga

Rachael Becker guides yoga in the spirit of connection, intimacy, and empowerment. She facilitates heart-centered, inquiry-based classes in reverence to yoga’s roots and as an emergent, joyful process.
In the 20+ years she has practiced yoga, her relationship to it has shifted from a focus solely on the physical to a deep study of the nature of Self. Her personal practice has overflowed from the mat into the lens through which she inhabits the world: one of curiosity, presence, and service. She is deeply devoted to weaving this wisdom into the hearts of the people she teaches and the community at large.
