Samantha Brinkman is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who believes movement should feel like coming home to yourself, not something you have to earn.
Her teaching is rooted in trauma-informed care, with a strong emphasis on nervous system awareness, autonomy, and meeting people exactly where they are. She creates spaces where you don’t have to perform, push, or keep up, just listen, explore, and reconnect. Whether you’re navigating physical challenges, stress, burnout, or simply looking for a different relationship with your body, Samantha’s classes are designed to support both physical and emotional well-being.
She draws from her background in health coaching to weave in themes of sustainable wellness, self-trust, and curiosity over control. You’ll hear invitations to notice rather than fix, to feel rather than force, and to honor your body’s cues over external expectations.
